Floor Care
JANEXPCS provides floor care to anyone of our
customers or potential customers that request the
service. We have experienced in the maintenance and
cleaning of the following floor types: Vinyl and non
slip safety flooring, wooden flooring, stone flooring
i.e. Granite, slate, and marble/portland stone. We
first strip off all previous wax. We take the floor all
the way down to its original surface. Then we will
seal the floor with two coats of sealer. After the
sealer has dried, we apply four to six coats of wax.
We will apply whatever is appropriate for your
application. This procedure can be done and
completed after your company's regular business
hours. You can request your floors to be stripped
and wax one time or we can set up a reminder
schedule, to let you know when your floors needs to
redone. A shiny new-looking floor always boosts
company morale.
